The Garage Guys refurbishes residential garages in Dubai's villa communities: epoxy floors, storage platforms and mezzanines, cabinetry, bike racks, air conditioning, lighting, home gyms and laundry rooms. It serves villa owners in communities such as Jumeirah Park, the Meadows and the Springs. The business began with the founder's own garage, and launched with a fixed price package alongside bespoke projects. Performous created the brand, the website and the software that runs the sales process, from the first photo a customer sends to a signed contract.

Why it needed to exist
Villa garages in Dubai are often the least used room in the house: hot, cluttered and unfinished. Owners want them transformed, but it is hard to picture the result, and renovation quotes are slow, vague and difficult to compare.
A new physical services business normally needs designers, estimators and administrators before it can sell at scale. Building the design and sales process into software meant the business could launch looking established, show customers their finished garage before they commit, and grow without a matching increase in back office staff.
The product, as it works today
Brand and website
The name, mascot and identity, and a marketing site built around a real project, with a fixed price package and WhatsApp as the main way to get in touch.
AI design studio
Staff upload a photo of the customer's garage and record a design brief. The studio generates photorealistic concepts from that photo, keeping the real architecture and camera angle. Staff can refine a concept, change the view and approve the best.
Walkthrough clips
Approved concepts can become short video walkthroughs, so customers can see how the finished garage will feel.
Estimates and proposals
Quick estimates from a price book, a customer page for responding in one tap, and branded proposals combining the approved concepts, costed options and wording drafted by AI and edited by staff.
Contracts and electronic signature
An accepted proposal becomes a contract with the scope, price and payment stages filled in. The customer signs on their phone, and the system keeps a fingerprint of the agreed text and a signed PDF with an audit page.
CRM and pipeline
Customer and property records, site photos, a qualification score, a ten stage sales pipeline, follow up reminders and reports.

How it was built
How AI helped build it
The website and CRM were built between July and October 2026 with AI coding tools, working from written design specifications. The contract and electronic signature module was designed and shipped in October 2026.
