The Entrepreneur Institute
Independent research and private briefings for internationally minded investors and entrepreneurs.

The Entrepreneur Institute publishes independent research for entrepreneurs, private investors, family offices and advisers, with a focus on the UAE as an international base. It covers property, residency, tax, market entry and wealth structuring, and runs private investor evenings in Dubai and beyond. Membership is free and reviewed personally. The business is funded by the partners who host briefings and research with it, and by its events. Performous built the brand, the website and the system that turns readers into qualified contacts.

Why it needed to exist
International investors considering the UAE and other markets face plenty of promotional material and very little independent analysis. Developers, agents and advisers want to reach those investors, but cold marketing to them rarely works.
An independent research brand can earn attention first, then bring the right people together at briefings. To be commercially useful, every interaction has to be captured and attributed, so the team knows which research and which channels bring serious investors.
The product, as it works today
Research and insights
Long form articles and six research themes: property, tax residency, market entry, wealth structuring, macroeconomics and entrepreneurship.
Gated reports
Report pages that send the full PDF by email in exchange for contact details, including a property investment report on Ras Al Khaimah.
Investor evenings
Pages for private briefings, such as European residency through property in Greece and London property, with RSVP, confirmation emails and a WhatsApp fallback.
Membership
A free membership with an expression of interest form, reviewed personally by the team.
Lead capture and attribution
Every form saves a lead with the page and channel it came from, alongside privacy friendly analytics, so the team can see what brings qualified people in.
Lead dashboard
A dashboard for lead status, notes and timelines, with analytics and Search Console views. It is built and deployed, and being configured for daily use.
What each part is for
- Gated reports

- Fills private briefings with the right audience, which is what partners pay for.
- Source attribution
- Shows which research and channels produce serious investors, so effort goes where it works.
- One lead record
- Replaces scattered inbox notifications with a single list the team can work through.
- Planned AI assistant
- Intended to answer first questions and qualify enquiries automatically. Planned, not yet built.

The site began as a Google AI Studio prototype. The lead platform and dashboard were then built with AI coding tools, with automated tests written alongside the code.
AI inside the product
None. AI was used to design and build the platform, not as a feature of it.
